Who we are
CommerceUp ([legal entity name], [registered address]) runs commerceup.ai. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean CommerceUp. You can reach us at contact@commerceup.ai.
What we collect
When you fill in a form (Contact sales, Start a free trial or Build with AI), we collect:
- your name, work email and company
- your store URL, platform and catalog size
- your message and, for Build with AI, the description of your store and goals
- which form you used, the page you were on and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed
When you book a demo, our booking provider collects your name, email and chosen time, under its own privacy policy.
Only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 collects information about how you use the site, such as pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and the site that referred you.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and answer your questions.
- To review pilot applications and prepare agent-readiness plans.
- To arrange and run demos.
- With your consent, to understand how the site is used and improve it.
We don’t use your details for advertising, and we don’t sell or rent your personal information. [Confirm legal bases with counsel.]
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the site:
- Amazon Web Services, for hosting and for delivering form submissions to us by email
- Google, for analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies
- [Cal.com or Calendly], for demo bookings
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Form submissions: [X months] after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer.
